      • This 20-minute documentary produced by SPARC follows five case studies of pastoralists driving positive change in Kenya, Nigeria and South Sudan: from the pastoralist-led NGO resolving farmer-herder conflicts in Nigeria, to the Dinka pastoralist women turning flooding into a lucrative new source of fishing income in South Sudan, and the pastoralist communities taking part in decision making in Kenya. The key message of the documentary is that pastoralists are already driving positive change in Africa’s drylands and do not need to be ‘saved’ by outside support, but rather supported to continue doing what they are already doing.
