L’année 2026 a été proclamée Année internationale des pâturages et du pastoralisme (IYRP 2026) par l’Organisation des Nations unies. À cette occasion, la BULAC met en avant les travaux photographiques de l’anthropologue Michaël Thevenin consacrés aux bergers et bergères du Petit Caucase (Arménie et Azerbaïdjan), du Taurus et du Zagros (est de la Turquie et Kurdistan irakien). The year 2026 has been designated the International Year of Ranges and Pastoralism (IYRP 2026) by the United Nations. To mark this occasion, BULAC is showcasing the photographic work of anthropologist Michaël Thevenin, which focuses on shepherds and shepherdesses in the Lesser Caucasus (Armenia and Azerbaijan), the Taurus Mountains, and the Zagros Mountains (eastern Turkey and Iraqi Kurdistan).
