La Caravana Pampa 2026 propone un recorrido técnico, productivo y cultural a través de Uruguay, Argentina y Brasil, reuniendo investigadores, productores, instituciones y organizaciones vinculadas a los pastizales naturales y a los sistemas ganaderos de la región. Durante cinco jornadas, la caravana permitirá conocer experiencias innovadoras, ensayos de largo plazo, establecimientos productivos y espacios de intercambio que reflejan la diversidad y relevancia estratégica del bioma Pampa. En el marco del Año Internacional de los Pastizales y los Pastores y del Día Nacional del Campo Natural, esta iniciativa busca fortalecer la cooperación regional, promover el diálogo entre ciencia y producción, y visibilizar el valor ambiental, social y económico del campo natural como patrimonio compartido de nuestros países.

The Pampa 2026 Caravan offers a technical, productive, and cultural tour through Uruguay, Argentina, and Brazil, bringing together researchers, producers, institutions, and organizations involved in the region’s natural grasslands and livestock systems. Over the course of five days, the caravan will provide an opportunity to learn about innovative experiences, long-term trials, production facilities, and forums for exchange that reflect the diversity and strategic importance of the Pampa biome. As part of the International Year of Grasslands and Pastoralists and National Natural Grasslands Day, this initiative aims to strengthen regional cooperation, promote dialogue between science and production, and highlight the environmental, social, and economic value of natural grasslands as a shared heritage of our countries.
